The company has a presence in 19 countries, with regional offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Houston (U.S. headquarters), London (European headquarters), New York and San Francisco, as well as 110 other U.S. cities. The Hines portfolio of projects underway, completed and acquired consists of more than 1,200 properties including skyscrapers, corporate headquarters, mixed-use centers, industrial parks, medical facilities, and master-planned resort and residential communities. Hines' property management portfolio includes 531 properties  with over 186 million square feet (16 million square meters). Currently, the firm has $87 billion of assets under management, including $43 billion in assets that Hines manages as a fiduciary, and $44 billion for which Hines provides third-party property level services.
