Authorized by the Bank of Italy for the management of real estate funds for institutional investors, Hines Italia SGR SpA includes eight diversified funds for over $4.3 billion in assets. In addition, Hines Italia fully controls Residenze Porta Nuova, a specialized real estate sales agency which manages the sales of high-quality residential products.
A Current Regional Initiative
Porta Nuova represents the most important and institutional project in Milan today. It connects three distinct projects—Garibaldi, Varesine and Isola—covering an overall surface of more than 3,121,534 ft2.. The renovation and improvement of this urban center is a natural development for the existing neighborhoods. A pedestrian system was created which involves green areas, plazas and bridges as well as a large park which seamlessly connects the different neighborhoods efficiently and securely.
