Jay Wyper
Managing Director

Jay Wyper Jay Wyper is the head of Hines' U.K. operations and is Managing Director of Hines Europe with Pan-European responsibilities on selected projects, including a large urban redevelopment in Milan totalling three million square feet of mixed-use buildings, and the redevelopment of Cannon Street Station in the City of London. Since joining Hines in 1979, Jay has been significantly involved in the planning, design, finance and development of more than 13 million square feet of commercial real estate projects in the U.S. and Europe representing in excess of $3.4 billion. He also has extensive experience in urban planning, project finance, disposition, marketing, lease negotiations and multi-phase development management. Jay holds a degree in Architecture and an MBA.

Ross Blair
Director
Ian Brown Ross Blair is Director of Hines UK with responsibility for key projects such as Brindleyplace in Birmingham. He also plays a lead role in Hines UK's investment activities. Prior to joining Hines in 2003, Ross worked in the Investment Agency and Development Financing teams at CB Richard Ellis working across the UK and central London in all sectors; office, industrial, retail, leisure and mixed use. He is a chartered surveyor and graduated from City University in 1998 with an MSc in Property Investment. Ross is a member of the British Council for Offices, the Urban Land Institute and the Securities Institute.

Ian Brown
Finance Director
Ian Brown Ian Brown is Finance Director of Hines UK with overall responsibility for financial management and control, tax compliance, cash management and statutory accounts. Before joining Hines, Ian worked with Price Waterhouse for six years and then with Credit Suisse as a Mergers and Acquisitions specialist for 11 years. During his time at Credit Suisse, Ian worked across a broad spectrum of industries including real estate. Ian joined Hines UK in January 2008. He is a Chartered Accountant and Associate Corporate Treasurer. Ian holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge University.

Simon Jenner
Director
Simon Jenner Simon Jenner is Director of Hines UK with responsibility for all design and construction activities. He aims to create a collaborative working framework for project delivery involving consultants and contractors alike. Prior to joining Hines, Simon worked with Stanhope plc for seven years where his projects included Chiswick Park, a multi-phase 1.8 million-square-foot business park. Since joining Hines in 2003, Simon has worked on various projects including Cannon Place - the 400,000-square-foot commercial office redevelopment in the City of London - and Stamford Lodge - a £40 million business park in Manchester. Simon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Management Institute. He is an affiliate member of RIBA, a Member of the Institute of Directors and a Freeman of the City of London. He holds a BSc in Building.

Anthony Leonard
Director
Simon O'Donnell Anthony Leonard is Director of Hines UK with responsibility for key projects such as Two Snowhill in Birmingham. He is also responsible for sourcing new investment and development projects. Previously, he was the Portfolio Manager for the Hines European Value Added Fund. Prior to joining Hines in 2004, Anthony worked as an Investment Associate for Hammerson plc, and for Arthur Andersen as a Real Estate Tax Consultant structuring international real estate transactions. He is a chartered accountant and graduated from Oxford University in 1997.

Simon O'Donnell
Director
Simon O'Donnell Simon O'Donnell is Director of Hines UK with over 25 years of property development and investment experience. Before joining Hines, Simon worked for BAA Lynton as Development Director with responsibility for both a 3.5 million-square-foot airport-related development programme and the company's £400 million investment portfolio. Simon founded the first Hines UK business in 2000, and today has responsibility for a range of projects in Central London and West London, as well as major projects in Cardiff, Stansted and Sevenoaks. Simon is a Chartered Surveyor.
