Belaya Dacha Logopark
In Russia, Hines is the manager and co-developer of the Belaya Dacha Logopark project just outside Moscow. Belaya Dacha Logopark is a Class A logistics complex providing 115,000 square meters of warehousing. The project is a joint venture between the Hines International Real Estate Fund and Belaya Dacha Agrofirma. The four buildings that make up the project are 100% leased to a mixture of high credit Russian and international tenants including Auchan, Decathlon and Monblan logistics. The complex is managed to international standards by Hines.
