Pokrovsky Hills
Pokrovsky Hills is a 207-unit townhouse development located 13 kilometers from the Kremlin. The development was developed by Hines and financed by the Hines Emerging Markets Fund I. Hines also provided land for the largest campus in Europe, the Anglo-American School, which is adjacent to the property. Pokrovsky Hills is managed according to the highest international standards, and accommodates such tenants as the U.S. and Canadian Embassies, as well as representatives from Coca-Cola, Conoco Phillips, IKEA, Samsung, and Ernst & Young among others.
