Since 1991, Hines has sponsored core, value added and opportunistic investment vehicles for property acquisition and development in developed and emerging markets in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Over this period we have sponsored and co-invested in 27 privately offered and one publicly offered investment programmes. Total funds raised from investors are approximately $15 billion.
