Who we are

Hines UK is a privately owned property company, part of the Hines group of companies founded by Gerald D Hines in the US in 1957. Since then, Hines has developed more than 316 million sq ft of space in 113 cities across four continents. The company controls assets valued at £11 billion.

Established in 2000, Hines UK now has over 3 million square feet of projects acquired, completed or in the pipeline. Current landmark projects include the redevelopment of Cannon Street Station, which will transform this part of the City of London; Fort Halstead in Kent, which is planned to be an exemplar mixed use community; Hyde Park Hayes in West London and Chichester House, 1 Grafton Street and Gartmore House in Central London. Hines UK is the asset manager for Hines’ Core, Value Added and Development funds.

Hines UK has established an outstanding reputation for providing extensive investment management and advisory services, for Hines' funds and third party investors. The company specialises in developing, acquiring, leasing and managing office, residential and mixed use sites, in London and the South East and across major cities in the UK including Birmingham, Cardiff , Edinburgh, and Manchester along with the Thames Valley. Hines UK reviews acquisition opportunities between £50 million and up to £1 billion and has access to capital from its contractual relationships with Hines' managed funds, third party funds and the Hines family.

The company has the knowledge, integrity and financial backing to ensure its partners achieve their investment objectives, while adhering to the highest possible standards - in its developments, its services and in its people.

What we are looking for

We are seeking opportunities for development or refurbishment of £50 million plus in London , the Thames Valley and other main UK property markets. We consider all sectors; including mixed use, residential and office funded by Hines own funds or third party capital.
