Planning consent granted for HPH 4
Hines UK has been granted outline planning consent for HPH 4 - its 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sq m) office building, part of the Hyde Park Hayes campus development in West London.
Hines UK is currently seeking to prelet the building, following which a detailed planning application will be submitted in line with the tenant's specification.
