Chichester House, London WC1 now on site
Hines UK has started on site with the development of Chichester House – a new speculative mixed use scheme on High Holborn, at the heart of the Midtown market.
Following planning consent at the end of 2007, demolition works are now complete and main construction has commenced.
Located on High Holborn, with views of Lincoln 's Inn Fields, Chichester House will comprise 65,000 sq ft (6,040 sq m) of office space, with 3,500 sq ft (325 sq m) residential and 3,000 sq ft (280 sq m) of ground floor retail.
Completion of the development anticipated for early 2010.
The building was designed by GMW Architects. Keltbray is the contractor for demolition and Mace Plus for the vertical development. Leasing agents are JLL. |
