Stephen Musgrave
Managing Director
Stephen Musgrave Stephen Musgrave is Managing Director of Hines UK . Prior to joining Hines, Stephen was CEO of Grosvenor (UK and Ireland), the Duke of Westminster's international property company. He has thirty years real estate experience and has been responsible for the development of some of the largest mixed-use city centre projects in the UK , in addition to managing an investment, development and fund management business with assets under management of circa £6 billion.

Since joining Hines in November 2006, Stephen has overseen the rapid growth of the business and thereby its growing recognition as a significant force in the UK property market. The scale of the global Hines business adds weight to the UK's long-term expansion plans. Stephen holds a degree in Estate Management; he is a Freeman of the City of London, a member of the RICS and a Trustee and Director of The Prince's Regeneration Trust.

Jay Wyper
Vice President

Jay Wyper Jay Wyper is Managing Director of Hines Europe with pan-European responsibilities on selected projects, including a large urban redevelopment in Milan totalling 3 million sq ft of mixed-use buildings, the redevelopment of Cannon Street Station in the City of London and new developments in the United Arab Emirates. Since joining Hines in 1979, Jay has been significantly involved in the planning, design, finance and development of more than 13 million sq ft of commercial real estate projects in the U.S. and Europe representing in excess of $3.4 billion. He also has extensive experience in urban planning, project finance, disposition, marketing, lease negotiations and multi-phase development management. Jay holds a degree in Architecture and an MBA.

Ian Brown
Finance Director
Ian Brown Ian Brown is Finance Director of Hines UK with overall responsibility for financial management and control, tax compliance, cash management and statutory accounts. Before joining Hines, Ian worked with Price Waterhouse for six years and then with Credit Suisse as a Mergers and Acquisitions specialist for eleven years. During his time at Credit Suisse, Ian worked across a broad spectrum of industries including real estate. Ian joined Hines UK in January 2008. He is a Chartered Accountant and Associate Corporate Treasurer. Ian holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge University.

Simon Jenner
Director
Simon Jenner Simon Jenner is Director of Hines UK with responsibility for all design and construction activities. He aims to create a collaborative working framework for project delivery involving consultants and contractors alike. Prior to joining Hines, Simon worked with Stanhope plc for seven years where projects included Chiswick Park, a multi-phase 1.8 million sq ft business park. Since joining Hines in 2003, Simon has worked on various projects including Cannon Place (circa 400,000 sq ft commercial office redevelopment in the City of London , part of the Cannon Street station redevelopment) and Stamford Lodge (a £40 million business park in Manchester). Simon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Management Institute. He is an affiliate member of RIBA, a Member of the Institute of Directors, a Freeman of the City of London and holds a BSc in Building.

Simon O'Donnell
Director
Simon O'Donnell Simon O'Donnell is Director of Hines UK with over twenty five years of property development and investment experience. Before joining Hines , Simon worked for BAA Lynton as Development Director with responsibility for both a 3.5 million sq ft airport-related development programme and the company's £400 million investment portfolio. Simon founded the first Hines UK business in 2000 and today has responsibility for a range of airport-related projects in addition to Fort Halstead, near Sevenoaks, a 300 acre mixed-use development opportunity. Simon is a Chartered Surveyor.

Andrew Reynolds
Director
Andrew Reynolds

Andrew Reynolds is Director of Hines UK with responsibility for sourcing new projects, two of which he is currently working on in Edinburgh and Birmingham, in addition to supervising project teams undertaking some of the company's key London development projects. Prior to joining Hines , Andrew worked in both principal and advisory roles in the real estate industry in the UK . As a founding member of Hines UK in 2000, Andrew was Project Officer for the Queen Victoria Street project in London and put together the Cannon Street Station project. He is a member of the British Council for Offices, the Urban Land Institute (where he sits on the UK Executive Committee) and the Investment Property Forum. Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a BSc in Estate Management from Reading University.
