Ross Blair
Senior Managing Director
Ross Blair Ross Blair has been active in the UK and London real estate markets since 1998. He joined Hines in 2003, and is currently Managing Director of Hines UK. During his time with Hines, he has been responsible for all investment activities for Hines funds and third-party capital sources in the UK, and has been involved with the acquisition of projects amounting to over £750m in London and Birmingham. He served as Project Officer for assets within Hines' Pan European Value Added Fund, Hines' European Development Fund II and Hines' Global REIT. Prior to joining Hines he worked in the Investment Agency and Development Financing teams at CB Richard Ellis. Ross is a Chartered Surveyor and graduated from City University, London, in 1998 with an MSc in Property Investment. He is a member of the British Council for Offices and the Securities Institute.

Ian Brown
Managing Director-Finance
Ian Brown Ian Brown is Managing Director-Finance of Hines UK with overall responsibility for financial management and control, tax compliance, cash management and statutory accounts. Before joining Hines, Ian worked with Price Waterhouse for six years and then with Credit Suisse as a Mergers and Acquisitions specialist for 11 years. During his time at Credit Suisse, Ian worked across a broad spectrum of industries including real estate. Ian joined Hines UK in January 2008. He is a Chartered Accountant and Associate Corporate Treasurer. Ian holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge University.

Anthony Leonard
Managing Director

Simon O'Donnell Anthony Leonard is Managing Director of Hines UK with responsibility for key projects such as Two Snowhill, a 300,000-square-foot office development in Birmingham. He is also responsible for sourcing new investment and development projects. Previously, he was the Portfolio Manager for the Hines European Value Added Fund, where he underwrote project acquisitions throughout Europe with a value in excess of 800 million. Prior to joining Hines in 2004, he worked as an Investment Associate for Hammerson plc, and for Arthur Andersen as a Real Estate Tax Consultant structuring international real estate transactions. He is a chartered accountant and graduated from Oxford University in 1997.
