Acting as development manager on behalf of land owner Legal & General, Hines UK secured planning consent for the 250,000 square feet of campus office space on a 34-acre site located south of Manchester Airport.  In addition to the new building, Hines secured the future of an existing Victorian building on the site, as well as introducing an innovative Green Travel Plan and the protection of important grassland and wildlife in a comprehensive ecological package.
