In 2007, Hines, on behalf of its Pan-European Core Fund, acquired this prime West End office building as its first asset in London.  The six-story, 21,016-square-foot (1,953-square-metre) period building was originally constructed in the mid 1950s.  In 2006, the building was refurbished, maintaining its façade based upon its original 19th century design.  Hines UK has since re-geared the head-lease interest with The Crown Estate.
