Anticipating the changing needs of the air cargo community, the property incorporates a high level of security features, both dock-level and grade access doors, and offices with a displacement air conditioning system.  The building was leased to Exel Logistics, a wholly owned subsidiary of DHL, and was sold to a UK pension fund in 2004.
