MULTIFAMILY

Setting the standard in residential development.

In January 2011, Hines formed a dynamic new Multifamily Division to expand the firm's apartment development activity throughout the U.S. by working with Hines' domestic regions on for-rent residential

programs.

As of summer 2013, Hines' Multifamily Division has nearly 5,000 units in 15 projects in various stages of development. They are located in 12 cities across the United States, including Atlanta, the Boston area, Denver, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, the Washington, D.C. area, Pasadena, CA and St. Petersburg, FL.

"We think Hines will be a very successful player in multifamily, especially with the team we have in place," said Hines President and CEO Jeff Hines. "The multifamily sector is poised for near-term growth and we are seeing strong interest among our investors."
