WINPARK Software  Hines developed a parking software program that integrates state-of-the-art access control, machine-readable cashier technology and license tracking features to maximize parking operations management. Various accounting reports produce audit trails providing the highest level of reporting features, maximum revenue controls and accounting efficiencies.

Hines has its own in-house security firm (Setec Protection Services ) and the experience to quickly and efficiently deal with security problems when they arise.
