Hines Promotes Litterio to Vice President

(SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL) – Hines, the international real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Eduardo Litterio has been promoted to Vice President in the firm’s office in São Paulo, Brazil.
Since joining Hines in 1998, he led the construction management efforts on behalf of the firm’s South American operation. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the construction of International Plaza, Louveira Distribution Park, Panamérica Park, Rio Negro and Kempinski Plaza Hotel, all in São Paulo, and Torre Almirante in Rio de Janeiro. Most recently, he led the effort to secure the development management contract for the new Clopay industrial facility, and the second phase of the Rio Negro project, both in São Paulo. Litterio has also been a key asset in procuring property management contracts for the firm.
Litterio holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of São Paulo (POLI–USP), and a Master of Business Administration degree from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado, São Paulo.
