Parque Industrial Tecnológico II (PIT II) was developed by Hines in response to the demand for the high-quality, well-planned facilities that Guadalajara’s manufacturing and warehousing distribution sectors require. PIT II has been designed with the flexibility to accommodate many different types of companies, both on a speculative and on a build-to-suit basis. The project was developed on a 44.5-acre site and provides more than 1.3 million square feet of U.S.-quality industrial space for lease.

PIT II is ideally located for both logistics and manufacturing operations on Avenida Periférico Sur and Avenida Colón on Guadalajara’s south side.
