Two Twenty Two Berkeley is a 22-story office and retail complex located in Boston's Back Bay area of Boston. The 519,608-square-foot complex includes 474,823 square feet of office space, 44,785 square feet of exclusive retail space and a 1,000-car parking facility shared with Five Hundred Boylston. Clad in classical red brick and stone, the building features a five-level, glass-enclosed Winter Garden at its center, a distinctive crown of cast stone, and double-height windows. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Two Twenty Two Berkeley was completed in 1991. Hines provided asset management services from 1991 to 2008 and property management services from 1991 to 2013. Hines sold its interest in Two Twenty Two Berkeley in September 2008.
