One Shell Square

Developed in 1972, this building was Hines' first project outside of Texas. The 50-story tower, which was for several years the tallest structure in Louisiana, was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and is almost identical to the one Hines developed for Shell's world headquarters in Houston.
