Completed in September 2003, Metropolitan is Poland’s most advanced Class A office building. Located on the historic Pilsudski Square, this multi-use building combines 37,057 square meters (398,730 square feet) of office area with 3,441 square meters (37,030 square feet) of retail and services. There are two levels of underground parking with a capacity for 415 cars. Designed by Lord Norman Foster, the project introduced the Polish market to a new standard of building systems and finishes. Hines sold the building in 2006.
