Hines developed this mixed-use project on 8.5 acres located at 24th Street and Camelback Road, the premier office and retail environment in Greater Phoenix. The first phase, completed in June 2000, is a 302,209-square-foot Class A office tower, including approximately 27,209 square feet of ground floor retail/restaurant space. The design features exterior cladding of green glass and Rosa Beta granite. The circular lobby, which connects the dual elevator cores, is finished with Fiore del Pesco marble and bird's-eye maple paneling. Phase I also incorporates a 1,200-space parking garage and an extensively landscaped urban garden.
