140 Broadway
New York, NY

140 Broadway is an architecturally significant building designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and it was completed in 1967. The trapezoidal 52-story tower tapers in from its Broadway elevation, creating an iconic form in lower Manhattan, and its broad plaza features the renowned Isumu Noguchi's red cube sculpture. 140 Broadway was one of the first buildings to use a homogenous curtain wall.

The floorplates were designed to encourage efficiency, and are virtually column-free, providing optimal layout flexibility. Unspoiled views reach as far as the Time Warner Building and Central Park, and across the Hudson and East Rivers, can be seen through wrap around windows, while extra height ceilings add drama to tenant spaces.
