CityCenterDC is a 2.5 million square foot mixed-use development on a 10-acre site in the heart of downtown Washington, D.C., that will be built in three phases.
     Phase I, currently under construction, will contain approximately 1.3 million square feet and will include: two, 11-story office buildings containing 514,700 square feet; 185,600 sq. ft. of retail space; two 11-story apartment buildings,  containing  385,300 square feet and 458 units; two 11-story condominium buildings containing a total of 241,500 square feet and 216 units. It will also include the re-introduction of two streets through the site, a new park, a central plaza, retail-oriented alleyways and streetscapes, and a 1,555-car parking facility.
     Phase II will contain a 10-story, 253,700 sq. ft., 350-room hotel and 75,000 square feet of retail space.
     Phase III (master planned by Hines but developed by another developer) will contain 500,000 square feet of office space and 40,000 square feet of retail space.
