One Jackson Square is an 11-story, 30-unit luxury residential condominium located in the Greenwich Village Historic District in lower Manhattan. The project will contain 72,700 net saleable residential square feet. The site faces a small urban park, Jackson Square. The project, which will complement its surrounding structures, will include retail and residential amenity spaces totaling 7,300 square feet on the ground floor and basement levels. The building was designed by Bill Pedersen of Kohn Pedersen Fox.  Construction began in 2007 and will be completed 2010.
