One Jackson Square is an 11-story, 30-unit luxury residential condominium located in the Greenwich Village Historic District in lower Manhattan. The project contains 60,000 net saleable residential square feet. The site faces a small urban park, Jackson Square. The project, complements its surrounding structures, and includes retail and residential amenity spaces totaling 7,300 square feet on the ground floor and basement levels. The building was designed by Bill Pedersen of Kohn Pedersen Fox.  The project was completed in 2011.
