One Victory Park

One Victory Park is an 18-story, 450,000-square-foot office building located between downtown Dallas and the Uptown/Turtle Creek area. Anchoring the office component of Hillwood's mixed-use, master-planned Victory Park development, the building is immediately adjacent to other major revitalizing developments including the American Airlines Center (home of the Dallas Mavericks), the W Hotel and a host of other projects coming on line.

Hines developed the office building and Hillwood provides leasing and tenant build-outs. The bulk of the equity was provided by EST, a German syndicator.

Construction began in 2006, and the building was completed in 2008.
