Louveira is a Class A industrial park on a 6,727,444-square-foot site located 43 miles from the city of São Paulo on the Anhanguera Highway. The project is strategically located between the two largest consumer markets in Brazil, the city of Sâo Paulo and the state’s interior cities. A cloverleaf overpass provides two-way access to the site. The project was developed in several phases. Phase I and II were completed in 2000, Phase III in 2006 and Phase IV in 2007. Distribution Park Louveira´s current tenants are Unilever, KSG Cosmetics and DHL Exel, the multinational logistics company that provides logistics services for multinationals such as Unilever, Kraft Foods and HP. The development combines strategic location with world-class construction standards.
