This 210-room state-of-the-art hotel and conference center was developed by Hines for the City of Chattanooga. The hotel features three restaurants and over 25,000 square feet of top-quality conference space, including five general session rooms, 12 breakout rooms, a 7,752-square-foot ballroom and an 85-seat amphitheater. A health club with indoor pool, whirlpool, steam room, sauna and circuit training equipment is located on the second level. Hines completed development in 2001.
