Progressive Insurance Call Center

The state-of-the-art Progressive Insurance facility consists of three connected buildings — two three-story and one two-story. The design emphasizes large, open floor plates for maximum call center use while taking full advantage of dramatic views of Pikes Peak and the front range of the Colorado Rockies. In addition to call center areas, the project provides on-site health care, a cafeteria, a fitness center and corporate offices. The buildings feature a raised-floor system with under-floor air distribution for maximum employee comfort and building efficiency. The project was completed in 2004.
