425 Lexington is a 31-story, 700,034-square-foot office building located on the Northeast corner of 44th Street and Lexington Avenue. Designed by the architectural firm of Murphy/Jahn, Inc. Architects, the building was completed in 1987. In August 2003, Hines' Core Office Fund, in a partnership between Hines and Sumitomo Life Realty (N.Y.) Inc., acquired 425 Lexington from Sumitomo Life Realty. In 2013, the building was sold to institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.  Hines continues to manage the building.
