In 2002, Hines was chosen by the Compuware Corporation as facility manager for their 16-story, 1,000,000-square-foot office complex. The Compuware Corporation Headquarters, which was completed in 2003, signaled a new beginning for downtown Detroit. Adjacent to the Campus Martius Park, the symbolic city center, the Compuware development features a 16-story atrium, fitness center, daycare facility and cafeteria.
