Andy Smith

Mr. Smith is Country Head of Hines Netherlands, having established the country platform in 2017. The business invests in logistics, residential and offices to date, both for investment and development activities. Mr. Smith is responsible for all real estate activities in country including development, acquisitions, and management services.

Mr. Smith joined Hines in 2007 and has held a number of roles in the Hines Capital Markets Group and Hines Europe during his tenure. He has an MBA from the London Business School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
