Charlie Kuntz

Mr. Kuntz serves as Managing Director responsible for overseeing all activities in Portland and surrounding Oregon markets. Since joining Hines in 2007, Kuntz has contributed to the development, acquisition, asset management, financing, marketing and disposition of more than eight million square feet of commercial real estate, including Salesforce Tower and 33 Tehama in San Francisco. Mr. Kuntz also served as Innovation Officer for Hines, where he invested in early-stage real estate technology companies and venture capital funds, launched the Hines flex office solution (The SQ), and supported Hines projects and strategies in their innovation initiatives globally.

Kuntz earned his BA in English from Georgetown University and his MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
