Thomas Bay

Mr. Bay is Senior Vice President, Conceptual Construction and is responsible for budgeting, design, subcontractor and contract negotiations and materials purchase for the mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management and controls systems for all Hines projects. Since joining the firm in 1998, Mr. Bay has been responsible for more than 65 million square feet of commercial office building, retail complexes, hotels and sports facilities.

Bay earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
