Why is Hines an ideal development partner?

Our relationship with Hines dates back to the early 2000s, when Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines built Tour T1, an iconic 37-story property in the heart of La Défense district in Paris. The resoundingly successful project was completed in 2007. From Day 1 of the project, Hines’ keen eye for urban development and its depth of expertise in building best-in-class office properties, were evident.

What is your current favorite project, and why?

The two-tower Eighth Avenue Place in Calgary, because it is this century’s model for a LEED® Platinum property that redefined the downtown core.
