For nearly a decade, Hines has been exploring opportunities in the Dutch real estate market from its European headquarters and German office. In 2017, Hines Netherlands established an office in central Amsterdam.
Today, across the Netherlands, Hines is focused on residential and mixed-use urban development opportunities and acquisition opportunities from core to value-add in the retail, office and industrial/logistics and mixed-use spaces. Hines has strategically selected partners in the Netherlands for capital co-investment execution, sourcing assets on behalf of discretionary capital sources.
