Electronic Arts stays in the Ambassador Office Building

(WARSAW, POLAND) – Hines, the international real estate firm, with a pioneering commitment to sustainability, announces a new lease that demonstrates how the firm has successfully managed and commercialized its office buildings, despite the pandemic. Electronic Arts, one of the leading American producers and publishers of computer games, has just renewed its lease agreement in the Ambassador Office Building. The company occupies 528 square meters on the 10th floor.

“Due to the pandemic, many companies are now using their offices in a very limited way. Nevertheless, we see that they do not intend to reduce the leasable space, let alone give it up completely. The cooperation with the property manager significantly impacts these decisions. At Hines, we always strive to meet the individual needs of tenants, searching together for the best solutions,” emphasizes Monika Igła, leasing manager, Hines. “In addition, from talks with our tenants, we know that many employees already long for the opportunity to work freely in the office, even if it is only in a hybrid system. I am convinced that as soon as the epidemic situation improves, our office buildings will fill up with people again. From a psychological point of view, the office is an important part of our life, not only professional, but also social. Physical encounters help us build interpersonal relations, integrate and strengthen our sense of belonging to a team,” adds Igła.

“The Electronic Arts Poland team is currently working remotely. However, we believe that soon we will be able to meet again in the office. The space we lease in the Ambassador Office Building meets all our expectations, therefore we want to stay here for longer,” says Jarosław Kędzior, Managing Director at Electronic Arts Polska.

The Ambassador Office Building is a modern, Class-A facility, which offers approximately 177,000 square feet of high-quality office and retail space. It is very conveniently located at the intersection of Domaniewska and Pęcherska Streets, in a dynamically developing part of the Mokotów district. Thanks to its strategic location, the office building is well connected with other parts of the city, and it can be quickly accessed by both private and public means of transport. Tenants have access toa parking lot with 297 parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists, including racks and a cloakroom with showers. Additionally, one of the largest shopping centres in Warsaw – Galeria Mokotów – is located in close proximity to the investment. The Ambassador Office Building was awarded with BREEAM certificate. Also, HinesGO (Hines GREEN OFFICE) program, created to promote pro-ecological attitude and solutions among tenants, has been introduced there.
