(RALEIGH, NC) – Hines, a global real estate investment, development, and property manager, along with partner Columbia Development, today announced three office tenant additions to Fenton, the 92-acre mixed-use district now open in Cary, North Carolina. The leases, totaling approximately 75,000 square feet, were signed by American Tower, a leading independent owner, operator, and developer of multitenant communications real estate; HHHunt, a diversified leader in real estate development and management throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast; as well as the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, known as “CAMPO.” These companies join current tenant, Compass Residential, bringing the office portion of the project to nearly 50% leased.
The retail portion of Fenton is 92% leased featuring major retailers such as Sephora, Warby Parker, Bluemercury, Pottery Barn, Madewell, CRU Food & Wine Bar, and Sports & Social, which will be the Triangle’s largest sports bar at 22,000 square feet, to name a few.

American Tower leased office space at Fenton, creating a new home base for the leading independent owner, operator, and development of multitenant communications real estate, which has a portfolio of nearly 225,000 communications sites and a highly interconnected footprint of U.S. data center facilities.

HHHunt signed a lease for 11,683 square feet. Founded in 1966, HHHunt is recognized as a trusted leader in the new home building, planned community, and multifamily sectors, with communities in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia. Construction on the space is slated for completion this summer.
CAMPO signed a lease for 13,086 square feet. CAMPO is the regional transportation planning organization serving communities in Franklin, Granville, Harnett, Johnston and Wake Counties, with the new office serving as their headquarters.
