Hines Announces Leasing Activity at JPMorgan Chase Tower

(HOUSTON) – The Houston office of Hines, the property manager of the 1.7 million-square-foot JPMorgan Chase Tower located at 600 Travis in downtown Houston, today announced that it has recently signed 149,494 square feet of new and renewal office leases on behalf of the owner, Texas Tower Limited. The 75-story tower, Houston’s tallest office building, is now more than 96 percent leased.
