Hines Earns ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year - Sustained Excellence Award

Portfolio is 37.7% more energy efficient than the national average

(HOUSTON) – Hines, the international real estate firm, is proud to announce recognition as a 2021 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence Award for continued leadership and superior contributions to ENERGY STAR. This is the 17th time Hines has been recognized by the EPA and the 14th time Hines has received the Sustained Excellence Award.

Hines’ portfolio of ENERGY STAR buildings consists of 210 facilities and more than 90.3 million square feet. With an average performance rating of 84.4, the portfolio is 37.7% more energy efficient than the national average.
