Hines Promotes Andy Trowbridge to Senior Vice President-Conceptual Construction

(HOUSTON) – Hines, the international real estate firm, recently announced that Andy Trowbridge has been promoted to Senior Vice President-Conceptual Construction at Hines’ headquarters office at Williams Tower in Houston.

Trowbridge joined Hines in 1992 in the firm’s West Region office in Los Angeles where he was responsible for the repositioning of the 10880 and 10960 Wilshire Boulevard buildings.

In April 1998, he transferred to San Francisco where he was responsible for managing the design, engineering and construction of the Pleasanton Corporate Commons office complex in Pleasanton, CA.

In April 2003, he transferred to Houston as part of Hines’ Conceptual Construction Group. Currently, he is involved in preconstruction management for the 61-story Transbay Tower in San Francisco, the 72-story MoMA Residential tower in New York, the Concar office complex in San Mateo, and the 2229 San Felipe office building in Houston.
