Lease Agreement Signed with Sodexo as the New Food Service Provider at Kasarmikatu 21 in Helsinki

(HELSINKI, FINLAND) – Hines, the international real estate firm, has entered into a lease agreement with Sodexo, as the new food service provider at Kasarmikatu 21 in Helsinki, Finland. CBRE was the leasing agent on the deal.

Sodexo is one of the largest food service providers in Finland with more than 200 restaurants in the country. The global company employs 11,000 people in the Nordic countries.

Kasarmikatu 21 is a 7-story, 16,000-square meter office building in the heart of Helsinki’s central business district, which Hines acquired on behalf of CNP Assurances in 2017. With LEED Platinum certification, Kasarmikatu 21 provides high-quality and modern office space for c900 people, including tenants Roschier, Danske Bank amongst others.
