Renaissance Square Wins the Outstanding Building of the Year Award

(PHOENIX) – Hines, the international real estate firm, announced today that Renaissance Square was recognized by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Phoenix with its highest honor, The Outstanding Building of the Year Award (TOBY) Friday, Nov. 4, during the 2016 TOBY Awards Event at the Arizona Biltmore.

Renaissance Square, a LEED® Gold-certified building, won for the 500,000 – 1 Million Square Feet category.

“Hines provides tenants with the highest quality experience and service. We greatly appreciate BOMA for recognizing our dedication,” said General Property Manager of Renaissance Square Steve Hamel.

Renaissance Square, the 965,508-square-foot iconic Class A two-building high-rise office complex Hines acquired in 2007, is located at 2 and 40 North Central Avenue, on one full city block in the heart of Phoenix’s Central Business District.
