Somerset Green Wins Top Honors at Prism Awards

(HOUSTON) – Hines, the international real estate firm, announced today that its luxury master-planned development Somerset Green won Community of the Year from the Greater Houston Builders Association's 2018 Houston’s Best Prism Awards. This category consists of communities that are a maximum of 1,000 acres and are designed for less than three complimentary land uses—residential, schools, churches, retail, etc. and must include homes built in the 2017 calendar year.

“We are thrilled to win the 2018 Prism Award for Community of the Year,” said Adil Noorani, Senior Managing Director and COO of Hines’ Southwest Region. “Somerset Green is more than just a residential development. It’s location and quality builders are leaving behind a legacy that improves the quality of city living and creates value for the entire community. This award is confirmation that others see the development as we do, and we are very proud that Somerset Green was selected.”

Located on a 47-acre tract of land inside Houston’s prestigious 610 Loop, Somerset Green is a high-end planned community with detached townhome sites, water features and green spaces. The development also contains pocket parks, dog parks and an amenity area/gathering spot with a resort-style swimming pool. The European-style neighborhood contains elegant three- and four-story single-family townhomes that are guard gated. The luxury master-planned community offers Houston homebuyers elegant architecture and beautiful sense of place within minutes of Heights, Downtown, the Galleria and Memorial Park
