In 2014, Hines was engaged by WEDGE Commercial Properties to provide property management and construction management services for 1415 Louisiana, a 43-story, 520,000-square-foot office tower located in Houston.
Located in Houston’s central business district, the tower is tunnel-connected offering convenient access to many sought after downtown amenities for dining, shopping, services and more, all within walking distance.
Hines is managing an impressive capital improvement campaign, and once complete, the building will feature a new and refreshed main entry; a contemporary and expansive main lobby accented with elegant Italian stone; a dynamic tunnel makeover including new lighting, floor and wall treatments; and a new back-painted glass elevator lobby with a sophisticated and refined entry into newly finished elevator cabs.
