Anthos, located just outside Paris on the Seine in Boulogne Billancourt, is a nine-story, 102,720-square-foot office building designed by Elisabeth Naud et Luc Poux - Architectes. The building also contains a four-level parking garage with 210 spaces. 

The Renault complex allowed Hines France the opportunity to build a mixed-use project incorporating a hotel, residences and office space in one of the most exclusive residential areas in the Paris area. 

The project was sold in 2010.
