Benrather Karree is a Class A, 10-story office development located in the prime banking district of Düsseldorf. The development comprises approximately 344,500 square feet of total gross floor area. It provides highly modern office space containing large contiguous floor plates as well as some ancillary ground-floor retail space. The project was completed in September 2003.
