Acquired in 2020, Castel San Pietro represents Hines’ first step into Italian logistics. A logistics asset comprising two adjacent buildings of 37,000 and 45,000 square meters respectively, will pioneer ESG standards, resulting in the highest levels of service to tenants and reducing energy consumption and environmental impact. Completion of both assets is planned by mid-2022.
