CB16 Tower is a 34-story, 295,093-square-foot building completed in 1971. The New York-based architectural firm Kohn Pederson Fox Associates designed the renovation project, which began in 2001.
The modern tower, completed in late 2003, optimizes the internal organization of the building in order to meet the exacting requirements of the La Défense office market.
