In 2007, Hines, on behalf of its U.S. Core Office Fund, L.P., acquired the Douglas Corporate Center, a campus-style office complex located in the heart of Sacramento's Roseville, Douglas submarket. Completed in 1990, the center contains 213,978 square feet in two three-story buildings. Adjacent to one another, these Class A buildings feature an exterior of pre-cast paneling and reflective glass and are set in a tranquil, park-like setting with numerous water features, mature trees and lush lawns. Douglas Corporate Center was sold in December 2012. Hines continues to manage the property.
