Distribution Park Portfolio consists of five warehouse facilities with a total area of 126,289 square meters. Portfolio comprises logistics parks in Torun (30,308 sqm), Myslowice (27,981 sqm), Legnica (26,030 sqm), Garwolin (25,940 sqm) and Grodzisk Mazowiecki (16,030 sqm). Their exclusive tenants are respectively Cereal Partners Worldwide, Intermarche, Faurecia Automotive, Avon, and Gefco.

Hines sold the property in 2020 and continues to serve as property manager.
